Located in the highly private and exclusive Deer Crest gated community in Park City, a comfortable and luxurious space was created with branded areas that showcased 11 partner product displays. Each partner was able to showcase product and engage in conversation with celebrities and VIPs in specially designed areas. Each of these sitting areas housed beautiful brown suede furniture that was complemented with modern wood coffee tables and guest benches. The 4000 square foot tent was elegantly lit and featured a fabric ceiling, bamboo floors by Bamboo Hardwoods, oriental throw rugs and specially designed logos for each area.

The Ice Lounge also featured a never-before built ice entry and façade. Local Utah artisan Ed Fraze, with Ice Works, created a piece of art with his stunning ice tunnel entry. The ice entry also included a recycled “green” grass carpet by SYNLawn, which led down the elegant and beautifully lit 20 foot long foyer, enhanced with chandeliers.

The Ice Lounge was open from Friday, January 19th through Tuesday, January 23rd. Guests were greeted by St. Regis butlers upon arrival. The butlers directed attendees to either the meet and greet area or the media lounge. These lounges were furnished with eco-friendly furniture provided by Lexus Hybrid Living. After checking coats and ordering a beverage, celebrity guests, VIPs and media were greeted by UPP staff and escorted throughout The Ice Lounge, explaining key objectives of EXPEDITION ZERO and the silent auction. Guests also enjoyed hanging out on the Amstel Light Ski Beach. The Ski Beach featured an Amstel Light ice bar, lawn by SYNLawn, beautiful views of Deer Crest and plenty of sunshine. Celebrities and VIP guests were beautifully photographed on the Ski Beach.
