The after party, entitled Red Hot Ballroom, was created by UPP Entertainment Marketing in conjunction with The Event Pros Inc. and was located (for the first time in CCA history) on the front lawn of the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium. The specially created 5000 square foot environment was designed for over 600 invited VIP guests to enjoy and celebrate the evening’s festivities in a spacious and elegant Red Hot Ballroom. As guests entered from the red carpeted foyer they were immediately greeted and offered a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, oxygenated water and gourmet cuisine by the plentiful staff on hand. Guests also had the option of ordering specialty drinks by Grey Goose from one of four twelve foot illuminated bars. The ballroom featured three of LA’s most talented and renowned Latin ballroom dancers who performed for guests upon arrival and throughout the evening. The liquid infusion dance floor made its world debut as guests enjoyed dancing to the musical styling of LA’s most popular DJ, DJ Rigo. The ballroom featured cascading crystal beaded curtains, two LED chandeliers (that alternated in color throughout the evening), all-white flooring, illuminated cocktail tables and all-white lounge furniture, all lit by LA’s Ronen Mintz, with specially created red and amber gels, hence providing the Red Hot in the Red Hot Ballroom after party. All celebrity and VIP guests enjoyed themselves well into the evening. |
